Employment and Business Litigation



Employees have numerous very strong rights under federal and state law.  For example, they have a right to be paid for all hours that they work, to receive proper breaks and payment for hours worked, and to be free from discrimination.  Employees also have rights against wrongful termination. I not only work to recover compensation for employees whose legal rights have been violated, but also work with employers to implement policies and practices that comply with the law. I also counsel employers on best-employment practices, as well as handle non-employment business matters, including litigation and transactions.
